Postcard Pals – An “Otterly” good way to send happy mail

Hello my friends
I ordered the stamp set “Postcard Pals” about a month ago and I am finally getting around to playing with it.  I don’t know what took me so long, for all the characters are so adorable.

In the Postcard Pals stamp set, there are 9 rubber stamps – 3 images and 6 sentiments.  The three images are an Otter, a Pelican, and a Platypus.  They are so adorable.  You can color them with the Stampin’ Up Stampin’ Blends, watercolor pencils and with a blender pen (using the ink from an ink pad). I used the Stampin’ Blends to color all the images.
My first card showcases the Otter.  Who could resist this little guy with his handsome little face?
Postcard PalsThis is my second card – the Pelican.  My grandson told me that he never saw a fish being so happy in a pelican’s mouth.  His comment made me smile.
And finally the Platypus. I believe I like him the most..all dressed up in his little sailor outfit. I used the new Stampin Blend color – Granny Apple Green to color his outfit.
Very Vanilla cardstock was used for the card bases and panel (popped up with Stampin’ Dimensionals) on all three cards.  The designer series paper used is from Tranquil Textures.
I do hope you like the Postcard Pals stamp set and to order it, click here or go to my online store www.moorefunstamping.stampinup.net.

I thank you for stopping by and as always Happy Crafting,
